Tony Escamilla is a veteran property inspection professional, educator, and business owner with more than 27 years of hands-on experience in the inspection industry. He is the founder and principal of Villa Property Inspections and Villa Commercial Property Inspections, two highly respected firms known for delivering clear, unbiased inspections that empower clients to make confident real estate decisions. He is also the founder of InspectorGrowth.com, a professional development platform dedicated to helping inspection business owners build profitable, sustainable companies without sacrificing integrity or quality of life.
Licensed as a California General Contractor since 2000, and certified as an ICC residential and commercial inspectior, Tony brings a rare combination of deep construction knowledge and real-world inspection experience. Since founding his first inspection company in 1998, he has personally inspected thousands of residential and commercial properties, earning a reputation for thoroughness, honesty, and plain-spoken communication.
